Monthly Pre-Order Timeline

Dear Valued Customers,

Please take note and be informed on our monthly pre-order timeline and deadline for bags and clothes.

Our pre-order for bags and clothes are on monthly basis and the deadline in each month are as below:
Deadline on 9th - Order and payment have to be received by 9th
Deadline on 19th - Order and payment have to be received by 19th
Deadline on 29th - Order and payment have to be received by 29th

This means that in every month, we will have three deadlines for the pre-order, if your order and payment are not received in time, your order automatically will be placed at the following pre order deadline.

For example, if your order and payment are received on the 10th, your order automatically will be placed for the next pre order's deadline of 19th.

To ensure your orders are placed accordingly to the deadline that you want, please follow the timeline as above when you place your orders.

We will be still emailing you and posting message at our blog to keep you inform on our pre order deadlines.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Item(s) colour may vary slightly from displayed picture(s), depending on the computer monitor resolutions

2. There is specific date line for all items that are on pre-order basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order date line

3. Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 5 weeks or more from the date line for items to be delivered.

4. Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delay, Picassoworld will inform buyers in prior via email

5. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accomodate the time line for delivery, we advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration

6. All items will undergo strict quality check before delivery of items to buyers. Should there be any dispute in quality standard of item(s) upon arrival to Picassoworld, your order(s) will be cancelled. As such, buyer(s) are entitled for full refund of prepaid amount for item(s) that do not meet quality check

7. The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. Should there be any items that are out of stock, a full refund will be granted as well

8. All items are NOT REFUNDABLE and/or NOT EXCHANGEABLE once delivery is done

To place your order(s):
1. Please provide us with the following information, when you place your order(s) :
• Item code
• Colour
• Size (if any)
• Quantity (if any)
• Price
• Name
• Contact no and email address

Payment Method
1. To confirm your order(s), 100% payment has to be made latest on the pre-order date line.

2. Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment on the day of the pre-order date line.

3. Payment to be made to the following Maybank account: Account holder: Siew Pui Yei Account no: 5142 9905 6733

4. Once full payment has been made, would appreciate that you could send us a notification email, together with your contact details such as - Full name and delivery address

Delivery Cost (Malaysia: via Pos Laju)
1 – 3 items West M’sia: RM9.00 East M’sia: RM11.00
4 – 6 items West M’sia: RM11.00 East M’sia: RM13.00
7 items and above FREE DELIVERY*

* Buyer (s) have to bear delivery cost should number of items fall below 5 due to any incident of stock shortage. E.g. Initial order for Buyer A who is in West Malaysia is 6 items. Upon arrival of stocks to Picassoworld, 3 items are out of stock. So Buyer A now only has 3 items. As such free delivery is not applicable, buyer A will have to bear the cost of RM9
